Ordering Procedure
1. scope of application
For all deliveries from bandora.rocks to consumers (§ 13 BGB) these General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional activity.
2. contracting party

Bandora.rocks is a tested online shop and has committed itself to compliance with the Trusted Shops requirements (available at www.trustedshops.de).
3. offer and contract conclusion
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button [Order] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receipt of your order.4. Right of revocation
4.1 Consumers have a fortnightly right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post,
Telefax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample revocation form for this purpose, which is, however, not prescribed. You may use the sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges resulting from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date of delivery.

Financed transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter shall not apply if the object of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation for it.
Exemptions
The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for return due to their nature or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer or for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, unless the consumer has made his contract declaration by telephone.

6. delivery
6.1 The delivery takes place within Germany and internationally with DHL.
6.2 The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. We refer to possibly deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
8. retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . Consumers have
the possibility to use this platform for the settlement of their disputes.
In principle, we are prepared to participate in an out-of-court conciliation procedure
to participate.
